Q. What’s the best thing about working at Nanny Brown’s?A. The best thing about working at Nanny Brown’s has got to be how kind all my colleagues are, and of course, our lovely customers. Plus I do enjoy packing up the take-aways!
Q. Which dish do you most enjoy cooking and why?A. Jerk Rice Chicken as each step takes the flavour to a new level and you can alter the spice level to costumers as it’s always made to order.
Q. What three words best describe an evening at Nanny Brown’s?A. That’s an easy question… ‘tropical, cozy and inviting’.
Q. When you’re not at work, what hobbies do you enjoy doing?A. I love to go shopping, and I really enjoy cooking something new and going to the gym.
Q. What’s your favourite genre of music and why?A. R&B because it appeals to all age groups and anyone can listen to it.
Q. What’s the most memorable thing a Nanny Brown’s customer has ever said to you?A. I distinctly remember an evening when we had a table in for a meal. They not only complimented us, they actually clapped for us as we were clearing the tables, to show their appreciation of the delicious food we’d cooked and served.
Q. Lastly, which Nanny Brown’s dish is your favourite?A. I have two, Curried Goat and Oxtail.
