Q. What’s the best thing about working at Nanny Brown’s?A. I love the atmosphere in the place and of course the food, and I really enjoy packing the take-away orders for our wonderful customers.
Q. Which dish do you most enjoy cooking and why?A.
Q. What three words best describe an evening at Nanny Brown’s?A. Funny, welcoming and interesting (as no two days are ever quite the same working at Nanny Brown's!)
Q. When you’re not at work, what hobbies do you enjoy doing?A. I braid hair, play football and enjoy spending time with my family.
Q. What’s your favourite genre of music and why?A. R&B, and to really uplift my mood I enjoy dancehall and other Jamaican artists.
Q. What’s the most memorable thing a Nanny Brown’s customer has ever said to you?A. It was an evening when the customers clapped and cheered as an acknowledgement for the service that we had provided, which was a really nice thing to do and made me feel a very valued member of the Nanny Brown’s team.
Q. Lastly, which Nanny Brown’s dish is your favourite?A. The Brown Chicken Stew is so flavoursome, as is the Jerk Chicken which Nanny Brown seasons, marinades and barbeques herself – it’s so tasty!
